No day is like the other, so much happens quickly and I have the chance to influence the entire company’s development. I am a person who easily gets bored and loves to find ways to improve processes, create welded teams and a good customer relationship. At Rebel & Bird I have a lot of freedom and a great deal of trust with my colleagues.
No doubt the colleagues! They are amazing people. Then I would like to say our growth mindset, which in my world makes us very different from other agencies. Our ambition is always to create digital services that are growing rapidly, and have quantitative goals that we can measure on, to ensure that our customers achieve growth. In other words, our customers have higher expectations of us than “just a new website / app / digital service”.
Lastly, I would like to mention the “Rebel & LAN” that I started recently. During the slogan “The desire to fathom a colleague?”, Ten colleagues gathered to play CS: GO together during a really fun night. Our CEO went “all in” and took his desktop computer. There are many gamers here.
Right now I am project manager of a team of four developers where I also have the role of Service Designer and UX-Designer. I like to have many roles in projects since I get the opportunity to vary my duties. I have never projected a team of developers before, and it is very instructive. It is also very fun to be involved all the way from strategy to launched product, which one rarely gets in my role.
